As an Experience Architect and a Design Thinking Lead, I am currently working on an accelerated design project to overhaul the current experience and user journey for a Client. Through an iterative journey of designing, observing and reflecting alongside users and clients, we are rapidly developing a digital experience and design that is user-centric and empathic to the client’s users.
